Shipping Policy

 

Our preferred method of shipping is United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground and Priority. 

Because we are just as excited about your business as you are about your order, we send our orders out as soon as possible. Therefore all orders are shipped out within two days of receiving payment. Additionally, we provide tracking information on all orders.

 

Please try to make the necessary pick up arrangements. Signature may be required when receiving your order. Shoebox by Ki will not be held responsible for any packages not received. 

 

 

Returns and Refunds

 

We want you to love what you purchased, if you do not love what you purchased you may return your order

You will have 30 days to return your unused item (in good condition) for a full refund or exchange.

Return shipping will be your responsibility.

Once we have received the returned item, your account will be fully credited back with the original form of payment or exchanged.
